These subsidiaries play a vital role in extending the reach of Proven's water purification solutions and driving the company's vision of providing clean drinking water to households across the region.

Proven Water Technologies (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd.
Established in 2019 as a wholly-owned subsidiary, Proven Water Technologies (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. operates as the primary distribution and service arm for Proven-branded water purifiers across Nepal. The subsidiary manages a network of 25+ authorized dealers and 12 service centres covering all major cities including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar, and Lalitpur. The company has also set up a small assembly unit in Kathmandu for localised production to reduce import costs and ensure faster delivery timelines.
Proven AquaPure Bangladesh Ltd.
Proven AquaPure Bangladesh Ltd. was incorporated in 2021 as a joint venture (51% held by Proven India, 49% by a local industrial partner). The subsidiary focuses on manufacturing and distributing gravity-based and RO water purifiers tailored for the Bangladeshi market. Operating from its facility in Gazipur near Dhaka, the company caters to both urban and semi-urban markets. It has built a strong retail presence through partnerships with leading electronics chains and e-commerce platforms in Bangladesh, and currently employs over 150 people.
Proven Middle East Water Solutions FZE
Incorporated in January 2023 in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, Proven Middle East Water Solutions FZE is a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on the GCC and broader Middle East market. The entity serves as the regional headquarters for sales, marketing, and after-sales service of Proven's premium range of water purification systems, including whole-house filtration, under-sink RO systems, and commercial water treatment solutions. The subsidiary is building a network of distributors across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar, and targets both residential and hospitality sectors.
Regulatory Compliance
The financial statements of all subsidiary companies are consolidated with the financial statements of Proven Water Purifiers (India) Limited in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS 110 - Consolidated Financial Statements). The statement containing salient features of the financial statements of subsidiaries (Form AOC-1) is included in the Annual Report.
