6. Returns and Refunds
Non-refundable advance of ₹500
A non-refundable advance payment of ₹500 is required to confirm every order.
₹500 is not refunded
When you cancel or return with no manufacturing defect or error on our part:
- ✕ Cancelling due to personal reasons
- ✕ Changing your mind
- ✕ Refusing delivery
- ✕ Return without a manufacturing defect
₹500 refunded or replaced
When the fault is ours — subject to verification:
- ✓ Verified manufacturing defect
- ✓ Wrong product delivered (our mistake)
Eligible for a refund of the ₹500 advance or a replacement.
Check the RO size before ordering
No returns or refunds will be accepted if the RO size is too big or too small. The dimensions are already mentioned on the product description page — please check the size before placing your order.
Refunds or replacements for manufacturing defects are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our quality team.
We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
