Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. This ensures every customer receives their purifier without any additional delivery charges.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
