It’s a good purifier. Vibrates a little when it’s switched on but I was told that was to be expected. This purifier does not come with a pre filter. As we were advised by almost everyone that a pre filter is required to prolong the life of the RO so we had purchased one from the local market before the machine arrived.

I hope same service is available for remote areas as well. Total time he took to install was not more than 15 mins. Also, the installation person told me that this model doesn’t waste much water when compared to other RO water purifiers. Which is good. The taste of the water is also good.

I have been using this filter for last 2 days and overall performance is awesome. Water reject rate is less which is claimed in the product specification. Technician came the same day and gave product demo, only hassle was water dripping after water tank was full but the problem was resolved next day.
