– The biggest positive which i like the most is that it only waste 7-8l of water.
– Tank size is 12L which is another positive thing.
– Easy to install (as due to the pandemic, we got an text message that their installation is on pause and they will resume after 2 weeks. So we decided to install on our own and it was a pretty simple process)

There is designing flaw in this product. Plastic nipple part in which tap is fitted is too fargile and it leads to water leakage as tap cannot be tightened properly and the tap has to be opened everytime any of the inner part is to be replaced. Complaint Raised Hope it will be replaced soon

I really recommend this product ,I bought this for 6100 .I’ve been using this for like a month,and i didn’t face any issue in machine.less noise,Taste is good,but you need to pay extra for external filter.it removes dust and other impurities..just go for it.

Ok I really like this purifier. I like the taste of water better than my previous purifier. The effluent water is also significantly less. Since I live alone I think the volume of water purified in one cycle is more than enough for me to last 2 days. Value for money product. The installation guy was also quick to respond and install the device.

Good water purifier, delivery and installations are on time as given. Provided water tubing is very short, top on/near tap is only possible. Needs around 45 min to fill up the 12 lt tank

5 Star for customer service. Within few hours of delivery the unit was installed by a skilled representative. After 2 days the dispenser tap was accidentally broken. Proven RO technician got it fixed without any charges.
Overall the product is good but it waste a lot of water.. For 1 litre purification it takes around 1.5 litres waste .rest everything is ok

Quality to achchi hai , magar 1st machine me issue tha jiske andar ki pipe me se water leakage hota tha thoda siki wajah se short-circuit ho sakta tha or motar jal sakti tha , mere sath aisa hua tha magar company ne same day change kar diya or dusra wala acha hai..

Using it for 1 months. So far satisfied with its performance. Good filter for municipality water. But 1 issue was there. The technician who installed it found the electronic controller out of order. He replaced it with another one (free of cost). I’m not sure if it was really damaged or he just replaced it with an interior controller.
I am very much satisfied with the product. The service engineers were also very good and polite.. They charges 1200 for the candle .

– The biggest positive which i like the most is that it only waste 7-8l of water.
– Tank size is 12L which is another positive thing.
– Easy to install (as due to the pandemic, we got an text message that their installation is on pause and they will resume after 2 weeks. So we decided to install on our own and it was a pretty simple process)
– The Black color looks good and shining.
Negatives:
– It is litlle noisy, not that much but if you are somewhere near you will feel it’s little noisy.

I am quite satisfied with the built quality/ design of the water purifier. It really saves a lot of water, unlike what I had seen in other purifiers wherein the waste water continues to drain all the time.
Successfully delivered at Madhya Pradesh. I like the fact that this RO filter wastes very little water compared to other RO filters. It has a big 12 lt storage tank (may that is what made it a bit bulky). Installed couple of weeks ago and it is going great so far.
Installation and service was done quickly. Technician was good. Need to see how the Purifer works in the long run. Height of the purifier shown in the product photo doesn’t match.

Later that day, I received a call from the Proven water industry executive regarding installation and he came by 4 PM and got the installation done in max around half an hour.

There is designing flaw in this product. Plastic nipple part in which tap is fitted is too fargile and it leads to water leakage as tap cannot be tightened properly and the tap has to be opened everytime any of the inner part is to be replaced. Complaint Raised Hope it will be replaced soon

Earlier I thought it will be a bulky product as capacity is 12 lit. But its not at all bulky. Great Design. Service agent came in stipulated time only. Extremely easy to Install. Water taste is good too. Overall very good product.

Water purifier is okay and good water taste. But installation guy was not much experience and has less knowledge about the product he is installing. Water leakaging when he installed then next day other installation guy fixed it and he was saying that the other guy didn’t installed properly.
