"The product is very good for the price that I purchased. They had also given an external filter. Used the filter for 2 months the taste is consistent, no issues yet. They charge installation charges of Rs 550 that are unknownn during purchase howevere nominal. "बहुत ही घटिया कंपनी है। इसके अंदर के पार्ट्स बहुत गंदी क्वालिटी के है। बिलकुल मत लीजिए। पहले तो सास लगेगा फिर पार्ट्स जल्दी जल्दी खराब होने लगेंगे। वारंटी तो मिलती है पर विजिटिंग चार्ज अलग से लगता है। मुझसे तो installation चार्ज 1000 लिया गया था। बहुत बेकार कंपनी है।Read moreRead lessOne person found this helpfulHelpfulSending feedback...Thank you for your feedback.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. "Bought this for my parents and they use it every day now. The larger 12L tank really helps when we have guests over. Fitting it was done cleanly without any mess. The alkaline option is a welcome plus for daily drinking. The copper feature was the main reason we picked this model. Happy with the purchase so far."
"The copper-infused water is a nice touch that the whole family enjoys. Compared with bigger brands, this was better value for the specs. Glad we made the switch."
"This is my second purchase from Proven and I am as happy as the first time. Top notch quality and excellent after-sales service."
"We bought the Proven Swift to replace an ageing purifier at home. There is a clear difference in how light and fresh the water tastes now."
"We have a family of four, so we wanted a reliable purifier and chose the Proven Swift. The copper feature was the main reason we picked this model. The alkaline water feels smoother and easier to drink. Glad we made the switch."
"After comparing a few models, we finally chose the Proven Nexon. Earlier our water tasted flat; the TDS adjustment has fixed that. The mineral enhancement is a clear upgrade over our old basic RO. No complaints at all till now."
"Really happy with this purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations and delivery was fast. Proven has gained a loyal customer!"
"Perfect in every way. Build quality, finish, and performance — all top tier. Installation team was professional and on time."
"The alkaline option is a welcome plus for daily drinking. The purification is fine, yet a few small things about the design and handling did not quite match what I had in mind."
"Received within 2 days. Product looks premium and works as expected. Happy with the purchase overall."
"It is good that essential minerals are retained instead of being stripped away."
"Shifted to a new flat and bought the Proven Alfa for the kitchen. The difference on our hard water is very noticeable. A few weeks in and it has been completely trouble-free. Glad we made the switch."
"After comparing a few models, we finally chose the Proven Nexon. The 12L tank is convenient and we rarely wait for it to refill. Service support was responsive when we booked the installation. The manual could have been a little more detailed. No complaints at all till now."
"We bought the Proven Jupiter to replace an ageing purifier at home. Having RO, UV and UF together gives us real peace of mind about safety. The mineral enhancement is a clear upgrade over our old basic RO. 12L of storage is plenty for our family's daily needs. Delivery was a day late, though the product itself is great. Does exactly what we needed it to."
"This is the first proper water purifier for our new home, and we went with the Proven Jupiter. The TDS control keeps the taste nicely balanced. It looks modern and tidy in the kitchen. The only small wish is a slightly larger storage tank. Overall, a solid choice for the home."
"Does the job well. Nothing extraordinary but nothing to complain about either. Fair pricing for what you get."
"Installation was smooth, product works well. The design fits nicely in our modular kitchen. Good purchase for the price range."
"There is a clear difference in how light and fresh the water tastes now. The purification is fine, yet a few small things about the design and handling did not quite match what I had in mind."
"It does purify well and the taste has improved, though the tank felt slightly smaller than I imagined for our use."
"We chose it mainly for the alkaline water, and it has not disappointed. We specifically wanted the copper option, and the copper water has become a daily habit. Does exactly what we needed it to."
"Got the Proven Pixer installed for our family last month. The mineral enhancement is a clear upgrade over our old basic RO."
"Works well for our hard water. TDS reduction is impressive. Service team was professional. Would buy from Proven again."
"The mineral enhancement is a clear upgrade over our old basic RO. We never run short of water thanks to the 12L storage. Overall, a solid choice for the home."
"Replaced a rented purifier with our own Proven Alfa, and no regrets. Storing copper water the traditional way was a hassle; this does it automatically. It handles our hard, high-TDS water far better than the old unit. Happy with the purchase so far."
