I was little apprehensive after reading several reviews. But I decided to buy anyway. And I am glad I did it.
Product is excellent. Water taste is good. service was excellent. Service man Sudarshan came the next day after delivery. He installed it.
There was a small leakage. Which was rectified next day by the same service man.

Ok I really like this purifier. I like the taste of water better than my previous purifier. The effluent water is also significantly less. Since I live alone I think the volume of water purified in one cycle is more than enough for me to last 2 days.

This filter works well, is relatively easy to install, and is inexpensive. The replacement filters are not terribly expensive either. This is the second one that I’ve had. I installed one at my previous home, moved, and then bought another for my new home.
The water out of it tastes great, or should I say, tastes like nothing, which is what I want from my water.

I liked the product. Person who came for installation was polite and helpful. Only problem is I bought this thinking that I could monitor and control TDS myself. But the instrument is inside the machine which only service engineer can change.
