"The product is very good for the price that I purchased. They had also given an external filter. Used the filter for 2 months the taste is consistent, no issues yet. They charge installation charges of Rs 550 that are unknownn during purchase howevere nominal. "बहुत ही घटिया कंपनी है। इसके अंदर के पार्ट्स बहुत गंदी क्वालिटी के है। बिलकुल मत लीजिए। पहले तो सास लगेगा फिर पार्ट्स जल्दी जल्दी खराब होने लगेंगे। वारंटी तो मिलती है पर विजिटिंग चार्ज अलग से लगता है। मुझसे तो installation चार्ज 1000 लिया गया था। बहुत बेकार कंपनी है।Read moreRead lessOne person found this helpfulHelpfulSending feedback...Thank you for your feedback.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. "Replaced a rented purifier with our own Proven Pixer, and no regrets. The 12L tank is convenient and we rarely wait for it to refill. My kids actually drink more water now because it tastes good. For the features it offers, it feels like good value."
"Did a lot of research before buying. Proven offers the best specs in this price range. Working great since installation."
"We bought the Proven Alfa to replace an ageing purifier at home. The 12L tank is convenient and we rarely wait for it to refill. The TDS control keeps the taste nicely balanced. No complaints at all till now."
"We bought the Proven Pixer to replace an ageing purifier at home. The larger 12L tank really helps when we have guests over."
"After comparing a few models, we finally chose the Proven Magnum. Knowing the water passes through several stages makes us more confident. The 8L tank is compact but enough for the two of us. Compared with bigger brands, this was better value for the specs. No leaks, no fuss — it just works every day."
"The Proven Alfa does its job, but this particular model did not feel like the best fit for our daily routine. Still, it does the basic job well."
"Got the Proven Nexon installed for our family last month. The added minerals make the water feel better than plain RO water. The water genuinely tastes cleaner and fresher than before. Knowing the water passes through several stages makes us more confident. Fitting it was done cleanly without any mess. No complaints at all till now."
"Brought home the Proven Swift after a friend recommended the brand. The alkaline water feels smoother and easier to drink. Service support was responsive when we booked the installation. Overall, a solid choice for the home."
"The TDS control keeps the taste nicely balanced. No leaks, no fuss — it just works every day."
"We have a family of four, so we wanted a reliable purifier and chose the Proven Swift. The copper-infused water is a nice touch that the whole family enjoys."
"This is the first proper water purifier for our new home, and we went with the Proven Magnum. The copper-infused water is a nice touch that the whole family enjoys. There is a clear difference in how light and fresh the water tastes now. Knowing the water passes through several stages makes us more confident. On the wall it stays out of the way and looks tidy. Happy with the purchase so far."
"Product quality is very good. The toll-free helpline is responsive and installation was done next day. Would have given 5 stars if tank was bigger."
