Everything was delivered as described! Installation was very prompt. They only contacted me for installation. Installation charge was starightway Rs. 500/- and there was no hidden cost. I told the installation people to set the TDS to 50 and they just did that and demonstrated. Everything went smoothly.
The package was extremely well packed with thermacol balls flying everywhere,the machine itself is really good but all the joints need to opened once again and apply some teflon to it,also there no proper manual to adjust the TDS control also there came a issue within a month with the RO membrane sonce there is no security for air to leave the system without famaging any components.But the Service is really nice and is readily available.The first time TDS needs to be set by a technician but the Installation can be done using simple handtools.
Came with an internal component broken! The Technician named rahul was fantastic! One of the best Customer Services the company got! Overall, I rate it highly because the Technician was brilliant, professional, friendly n educated me patiently and made sure all my questions were answered.

Very good product in this price, water test is very nice, easy to install, but I received a damage product. This product is Upper right side glass is broken. May be it was the problem from Delivery partner.
This is a very nice product. We get water with higher than normal calcium content and yet this purifier is working brilliantly and filtered water quality is really good. I recommend purchase of this product.
I highly recommend this product. The water taste was sweet. Even checked with TDS meter is filtering to 17 from bore water with value of 270 reading. This works great.

Easy to install, and value for money, stickers are a bit flashy, I have been using it for around one 1month I don’t have any issues regarding purification, one note to the manufactures it has TDS adjuster which needs direction symbol how to control it.
I just installed the product. Product looking good. But some things are missing in the box such as complete flute wall valve and plastic cover for filter.
Normally i do not post my feedback on products i buy. But on this one i was totally blown away with the timely delivery – timely phone call from company for installation and person arrived on time and was very courteous, respectful and professional at doing his job. Product itself seem to be working as advertised.
